Steve Jeffrey, Co-Founder/Leader of the Guild
Steve Jeffrey leads ForgeWorks. Steve has a lifelong passion to build strong foundations in people and organizations. His leadership of ForgeWorks continues his service to non-profit organizations. He has served over 150 non-profits in cultural development, strategy, affiliations and growth. He is a former Managing Director of Ziegler Investment Banking and principal of Third Age, Inc., a national non-profit consulting firm. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership from Cairn University. He is a frequent speaker at local, regional and national conferences. Steve and his wife Debbie have two children and live in Lititz, PA (the coolest small town in America!). He enjoys playing guitar, soccer, biking, running and kayaking.

Steve Lindsey, Co-Founder/Curator
Steve Lindsey offers a forward-thinking approach to every situation and conversation. As CEO of Garden Spot Communities, he is the keeper of the unique and vibrant culture that Garden Spot Communities is known for throughout the country and around the world. He has a proven track record of innovation and searches for new ideas by evaluating his surroundings. He has more than 25 years of administrative experience in retirement community and rehabilitation hospital industries and was instrumental in developing the new Guidelines for Residential Health, Care and Support Settings. He holds a Master of Social Work from Temple University and is a frequent speaker at national and international conferences. Steve and his wife, Sandy, have two children and live in Leola, PA.

Scott Miller, Brand Warrior
Scott Miller has more than 30 years of marketing experience. Scott oversees all of the marketing efforts and creates innovative approaches for Garden Spot Communities such as an annual half marathon, hot air balloon campaign, Destination Garden Spot Village (a bi-annual, promotional magazine), and a recently developed podcast. As brand warrior for ForgeWorks, he focuses on cultural development, experience understanding and cutting edge strategies to engage people. He worked for Unisys for 23 years and served as a Dale Carnegie instructor for 12 years. Scott holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Millersville University. Scott and his wife, Cheryl, have three daughters and live in Lititz, PA.

Juanita Fox, Storyteller
Juanita Fox brings more than 20 years of experience in writing and corporate communications to ForgeWorks. She manages content on our website and finds interesting new ideas for blogs. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Lebanon Valley College.

Brandon Adams, Visual Storyteller
Brandon Adams brings more than 15 years of experience in art and design to our ForgeWorks team. He creates fresh visuals, manages special projects and provides ongoing support. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Savannah College of Art & Design.

Sharon Sparkes, Digital Storyteller
Sharon Sparkes brings more than 15 years of experience in multimedia design to our ForgeWorks team. Her creative storytelling through digital design brings the ForgeWorks story and website to life. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from Pennsylvania College of Art & Design.
